Three months BabyManager+ Informative, including 24/7 chat is reimbursed by all health insurers in the Netherlands. Requests can be made easily via your maternity care organization or via the button below. More and more maternity care organizations are joining, but your application for BabyManager may take some time, if yours isn’t listed yet.
Follow the next steps to request the Three months BabyManager+ Informative, including 24/7 chat.
- Fill in the form here. Because you can watch the informative videos and be well prepared, we advise you to start your application at the 36th week of your pregnancy.
- The customer service of your maternity care organization will arrange everything. You will receive the login details of your account via email. Make sure that every current subscription is terminated by the start date (with the exception of the free BabyManager Basic subscription).
- The subscription starts automatically on the desired starting-date. Enjoy your three months of BabyManager+ Informative, including three months of 24/7 chat with our maternity care professionals. Enjoy your pregnancy!

Is BabyManager free?
BabyManager can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. After registration, you will receive the BabyManager Basic subscription for free.
Try BabyManager first? You now can! After you make a profile in the BabyManager app, you will receive BabyManager+ Informative completely free of charge. Please note: the subscription will automatically be converted to a paid BabyManager+ Informative subscription after the first month.
Want to use BabyManager after your first trail month? You will receive three months of BabyManager+ Informative, including 24/7 chat in exchange for one hour of maternity care, reimbursed by your health insurer. No personal contribution will be charged for this hour. Requests can be made via this form.

How do I participate in one of the courses or webinars?
You can easily take the courses or webinars in the app. Download the app and see which courses or webinars interest you and sign in. Do you have questions during the webinar? You can chat live with our trainers and other participants.
Currently, we only offer courses and live-webinars in Dutch. In the coming months, we are expanding our offer with new courses in multiple languages.
How does the photo book in BabyManager work?
Easily upload all photos of the most beautiful moments of your pregnancy and baby. Arrange the photos by phase and add a description. So you always know where, when and with whom that special moment was.
Good to know: the photos are on your personal profile and are never posted and/or saved elsewhere.
How do I chat/video call with a maternity care professional?
You can easily contact our maternity care professionals in the app. You can choose between a chat or a video call*. The professionals are available day and night, 7 days a week.
Have you applied for BabyManager+ Informative through your maternity care organization? Then you can chat with our professionals 24/7 free of charge for the whole three months.

You can request BabyManager+ Informative, including 24/7 chat from the moment you have requested maternity care until the last day of your maternity week. We advise you to start your application at the 36th week of your pregnancy, so you have time to watch the informative videos and be well prepared for your new baby.
What do I pay for the three months of BabyManager+ Informative, including three months of 24/7 chat?
In exchange for 1 hour of maternity care* you will receive three months of BabyManager+ Informative, including 24/7 chat with our maternity care professionals. The application and processing is handled by your maternity care organization.
*No personal contribution will be charged for this hour.
Will my BabyManager+ Informative subscription automatically renew after three months?
Did you receive the three months BabyManager+ Informative, including 24/7 chat? Then your BabyManager account will be automatically reverted to the free BabyManager Basic subscription after the three months. You can then decide for yourself which subscription suits your needs.
What questions can I ask the maternity care professionals?
With BabyManager you can contact passionate maternity care professionals via chat or video call during both day or night. Don't be afraid to ask any questions you have about getting pregnant, pregnancy or your newborn baby. Our professionals can answer your questions about, among other things:
- pregnancy ailments
- breastfeeding
- bottle feeding
- breast milk pumping
- baby product must-haves
- reflux, thrush, refusing the bottle, etc
